What we're about:

Train Like You Intend to Fight!
Watch this video from our Turkey Branch! It shows in 3 minutes what we do and why!
We strive to offer the most realistic training possible without compromising the safety of our students.
We are characterized as 'stand-up' fighters, but we train for effectiveness in all 6 ranges of a fight: Weapons, Kicking, punching, knees/elbows, clinch/takedown, and ground fighting.
Our curriculum prepares students to spontaneously and appropriately confront the most common attacks:
Single and Multiple Attackers
Unarmed and Armed
*Practical weapons defense includes gun, knife, and stick.
Stand-up or Grappler
Ambushes, Sucker Punches, Shoving
Verbal Escalation
Sweat Now so you don't Bleed Later!
"How do you train realistically and safely?"
The answer is 'Creatively'.
Drills are escalated in the proven method of 'Crawl, Walk, Run', culminating in random, spontaneous, and ballistic sets.
We use caged and masked head gear for face/head contact.
We use safety goggles for eye gouges.
We use baseball catcher's shin guards for leg kicks.
We use heavy duty hand, forearm, and head protection for contact stick drills.
We use real, UNsharpened folding knives for knife defense.
